1.⁠ ⁠Damaged or Defective Product Policy

At Ved Mantra Tea, we ensure that every product is packed with care. However, if you receive your order in a damaged, broken, or defective condition, please follow the steps below:

Inform us within 24 hours of delivery
Share clear images of the damaged package/product
Mention the issue while accepting delivery from the courier partner

⚠️ Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

2.⁠ ⁠Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

Product is damaged during transit
Product is defective or unusable

❌ We do not accept returns for:

Taste preferences
Change of mind
Opened or used products (unless defective)
3.⁠ ⁠Reverse Pickup Process
Once your request is approved, our team will arrange a reverse pickup
Please ensure the product is kept in its original packaging
Our courier partner will collect the item from your address

After receiving the returned product at our facility, we will conduct a quality check
Based on verification, we will approve:
Refund, or
Replacement

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
The amount will be credited via:
Original payment method (UPI / Card / Net Banking), or
Bank transfer (if applicable)
6.⁠ ⁠Replacement Policy
In case of approved replacement, a fresh product will be shipped within 3–5 working days
No extra charges will be applied for replacement of damaged/defective products
